10-day best of Uganda safari with gorillas

Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1
Your guide welcomes you at Entebbe airport and takes you to a hotel near Lake Victoria for a brief and an early night.
Day 2
Drive north and stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track southern white rhinos on foot with rangers. Continue to Murchison Falls and visit the top of the falls before checking in.
Day 3
Take an early game drive across the northern savannah, then an afternoon boat safari on the Victoria Nile.
Day 4
A long travel day south to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Day 5
Track chimpanzees in Kyambura Gorge in the morning and take the afternoon boat safari on the Kazinga Channel.
Day 6
Go on a game drive, then drive through Ishasha to the Bwindi region.
Day 7
After the ranger briefing, trek to a gorilla family and spend one hour with them.
Day 8
Travel to Lake Bunyonyi for a restful day, with an optional boat cruise.
Day 9
Stop at Lake Mburo for a walking safari among zebras and antelopes.
Day 10
Drive back to Entebbe, crossing the equator, in time for your departure.
