Detailed Iternary For 16 Days Uganda Luxury Safari
Day 1 – Arrival Day
Arrival in Entebbe, Airport shuttle to your lodge
Overnight: The BOMA – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 2 – Lake Victoria with Shoebill Bill trip
Relax in the morning in the lush gardens or at the pool of The Boma. At 1 pm Shoebill boat trip in Mabamba Swamps in a private boat.
OPTION: This day may be skipped and the shoebill boat safari can be done by speed boat before transfer to Ziwa.
Overnight: The BOMA – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 3 – transfer to Rhino Sanctuary
After Breakfast your roundtrip starts with a stop at Victoria Mall to change or withdraw money, do small shopping before you start to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. There you will get a late lunch and either relax at the pool of the new luxurious cottages or join an guided nature walk in ZiwaOvernight: the new luxurious cottages with pool within the sanctuary– Mean Plan Full Board
Day 4 – Walking with Rhinos and transfer to Murchison Falls NP
Early morning walking Safari with Rhinos, see the White Rhinos very close during a guided walking Safari. Then proceed with a lunch picnic at the top of the Murchison Falls viewpoint to Murchison Park. Afternoon Game Drive in Murchison Falls NP – you may be lucky and complete the spotting of all Big Five today!

Overnight: Nile Safari Lodge – high end level – full board
Day 5 – Murchison Falls NP with Nile River Boat Cruise
Game drive in Murchison Falls NP the morning, lunch break at the lodge, private Boat on River Nile to Murchison Falls in the afternoon. See hippos, crocodiles, elephants, a variety of birds and much more.
Overnight: Nile Safari Lodge – high end level – full board
Day 6 – Transfer to Kibale, the home of Chimps
Private Boat to the Nile Delta at Lake Albert starting at sun rise from the jetty of your lodge. You will be back for lunch at the lodge and can enjoy the luxurious environment in the afternoon or opt for an additional game drive.
OPTION: The next day might be skipped and you proceed after the Delta Cruise and an early lunch to Kibale – transfer time about 6 hours.
Overnight: Nile Safari Lodge – high end level – full board
Day 7 – Kibale Forest
You will be transferred to Kibale, 6-7 hours drive on a scenic road along tea plantations and nice landscape. Relay in the afternoon at the pool or in the lush gardens of your lodge or enjoy a community tour with banana gin and coffee tasting.
Overnight: Chimpundu luxurious lodge – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 8 – Bigodi Wetlands and Chimpanzee Tracking
In the morning easy walking safari in Bigodi Wetlands to watch endemic monkeys, birds with explanation of animals and local vegetation by a local guide.
Local lunch with explanations of Ugandan traditional food at Tinka’s.
In the afternoon Chimpanzee Tracking

Day 9 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP. You will stop at a beautiful crater lake and visit from there a vanilla plantation community project where the best organic vanilla is produced and the entire process is explained to the guests. Afterwards some banana markets (Matoke) will be passed – photo stop!. Today we organise a local lunch for you. Before reaching the lodge, your driver will make a stop at Twin Lakes View Point before reaching the lodge. This can also be done the next day. The lodge is beautifully situated with pool and views over the national park.
Overnight: Elephant Plains Lodge with pool – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 10 – Queen Elizabeth NP with Kazinga Channel Boat Trip
Lion and Leopard tracking in the morning. A unique experience in this park which brings you very close to the big cats. followed by one of the At 2 pm the Kazinga Channel boat cruise in a private luxurious boat only for you.
Overnight: Elephant Plains Lodge with pool – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 11 – Transfer to Bwindi, the home of Mountain Gorillas
Transfer to Bwindi via a very scenic road.

After arrival enjoy a relaxing massage, which is included in our package price. Can be done as well the next day after tracking.
Overnight: Gorilla Leisure Lodge or similar at another gate depending on the permit for gorillas – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 12 – Gorilla Tracking Day
Your Gorilla Tracking Day. This will be a magic encounter with your cousins, the Mountain Gorillas.
For those who are not tracking we organise an alternative activity.
Overnight: Gorilla Leisure Lodge or similar at another gate depending on the permit for gorillas – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 13 – Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After a relaxed breakfast transfer to beautiful Lake Bunyonyi along a scenic road – transfer time 3-5 hours. Stop at a view point overlooking the lake. You start with lunch at your hotel, which is located on the shores of the lake. The lake is very clean and safe for swimming. In the afternoon we arrange a boat trip around the islands in a private boat.
Overnight: Bird Nest Resort – Meal Plan Full Board
Day 14 and 15 – Lake Mburo National Park
Transfer to Lake Mburo NP with afternoon game drive on day 13. Longhorn cattle, so-called Ankole cattle, are bred around Lake Mburo. The national park is a small but extraordinarily beautiful park. The only one with zebras on this trip. But also giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes including eland antelopes and impalas and much more. It is also a top destination for bird watchers. In the afternoon, instead of a game drive, you can also order horseback riding or cycling in the park or a walking safari. Lake Mburo is as well a top birding destination.
Day 14 – game drives or walking safaris or relax at the pool.Overnight: Kigambira luxurious Lodge inside the park with pool – meal plan full board
Day 16 – Game Drive and Transfer to Entebbe – possibility to fly home in the evening
Early morning game drive.
Transfer to Entebbe via the Equator Memorial , lunch stop there and an optional stop at a drum manufacturer. with explanations… Back in Entebbe at around 5 to 6 p.m. Enjoy a fare well dinner in a good restaurant at the shores of the lake close to the Airport. Departure flight after dinner or additional night in Entebbe.
