These Terms & Conditions govern every safari, gorilla trekking tour, wildlife holiday, accommodation reservation, airport transfer and travel service arranged by Book Gorilla Treks. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Booking Confirmation

Your safari is confirmed only after written confirmation has been issued and the required deposit or payment has been received.

Pricing & Quotations

Prices are based on current park fees, accommodation rates, transport costs and government taxes. Quotations remain subject to availability until confirmed.

Deposits & Payments

• Deposit required to secure your booking.
• Some services require full payment immediately.
• Outstanding balances must be paid before travel.
• Bank charges remain the client's responsibility.

Gorilla Trekking Permits

Permits are issued by wildlife authorities and are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, cancellations, baggage loss and adventure activities.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Where applicable, refunds will be processed after supplier refunds have been received. Processing may take between 30–45 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Book Gorilla Treks acts as a professional tour operator arranging services provided by carefully selected suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of services booked directly through us.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
